I've always been fascinated by models and the glamorous life they seem to lead. Then you hear the stories of the shoots that run till two in the morning, bitchiness and the constant need for perfection. Irina Lazareanu rises above all that. She's dated and been engaged to Pete Doherty (yet still maintains a friendship with Kate Moss??) and has modelled for Chanel, Versace, Balenciaga, the list goes on...And she's 25. And she's stunning. And she doesn't care what other people think of her.

Models can really get away with wearing anything. if a singer/actress/socialite wore this they'd be bagged out be the tabloids for looking like grunge grandma. But because models are affiliated with fashion, journalists don't bother criticizing because obviously models are going to know more about what to wear than they are! I personally love this outfit. On myohmy we're having a bit of a Hills fest as the last blog i posted featured Lauren Conrad, but i just couldn't go past this outfit when i found it! Lovely dress, suits her really well, without the belted waist it would look MEGA frumpy, a nice little charm necklace and cute, cute shoes (you can see them better in this second picture, with Lilly Collins) I love the print and i also live the fact that she looks so comfortable in her own skin. She not the prettiest girl in Hollywood, but she knows it and she owns it, and works with her best features, like her legs and her hair.

Hello my lovelies...today we are going to learn about Lauren Conrad, that's ELL-CEE, who pretends to know about fashion. I have no doubt in my mind that she's a pretty girl, and that she can put together a nice, safe outfit, but she's not a DESIGNER!! Even the clothes in her (rather dull) collection are safe, and unfortunately wishy-washy. I'd much rather look at the latest anna sui and house of holland coz they're fun and colourful and (in anna sui's case) beautiful.
And what do i think of the outfit pictured? Actually one of the most risque outfits I've ever seen her wear, it has a PRINT! A nice print at that, i actually really like it! I've seen her hair like that waaay too many times, and I'm kind of over peep-toes on every celeb on the red carpet. Also, odd pose dontcha think? very awkward...

The only movie i've ever seen with her in it is Suddenly 30 (13 going on 30 in America) and she was one of those Six Chicks..the bitchy ones, remember? So she isn't a-List, i guess you could call her c-list-on-a-good-day, but she does look fab in this this simple yet cute outfit. I hate the colour beige. My old school uniform was beige and i detested it as soon as i saw it, so i guess it brings back bad sartorial memories, but i can't get over the sheer awesomeness of this shirt. SHE PULLS OFF BEIGE! How cool is she? A high-waisted mini (cinched to perfection), cute little red pumps (a bit random but it's called personal style for a reason) and lovely flowy, natural hair finish off the look...beautiful

I love, love, love this outfit. Love the hair, love the dress, love the contrasting tights and LOVE the shoes. I WANT THEM!! I love the fact that she looks comfortable and well dressed at the same time. Some people wear gorgeous clothing but they just look soo uncomfortable!

I have no idea why Nicky Hilton isn't more famous. She's prettier, smarter, has a better fashion sense and does way more with her life than Paris. I happen to adore Nicky's "Chick" fashion line, probably because it's so chick...lol

I know i said i wasn't going to write so many party dress/high heels posts but i couldn't go past this outfit when i saw it. I feel like i've stuck gold!
So anyone know who Jordan Hinson is, coz i dont!! Apparently (according to Wikipedia) she used to be a gymnast (you can tell with that body) but starting acting when she was six. She plays Zoe in Eureka (on the Sci-Fi channel yay lol) and she's got a movie coming out this year called Dirt. So now that we've got that over with i will critque her outfit.
Not that there's much to critique. I think that's why i love this outfit, because of it's simplicity. A big floppy turtle-neck sweater dress and gorgeous strappy heels which i'd kill for. Nice, fresh makeup, wind blown hair and a touch of glam with blood red fingers and toes. nice pose, not too flashy but not slouchy. Me likey!!

Ok, at the moment Daisy Lowe is my idol, partly because she has amazing style, partly because she has no fear and partly because she is rather closely affiliated with Gwen Stefani (in case you didn't know her father in Gavin Rossdale, Gwen's husband).

Buuuuut i dont like this outfit. I feel like it doesn't match up to er standards, her wonderful, eclectic, colourful, bold standards. it is fashionable, no doubt, cropped jacket, long scarf, skinny legs(yep they're hanging around for another season, yay!) Have you ever noticed that Hayden Panttiere wears red, like, ah-lot!! She does. I've noticed it... She does look really good in it though. I've always been happy with my brunette waves but this girl makes me want to be blonde. her shoes are very very cute also. I like the fact she alsays looks healthy. you can tell she has a very normal body type, that if she ate too much junk she could get quite chubby (unlike forever skinny people like Paris Hilton) but coz she works out alot she stays toned.

i seriously did not know who this was when i looked at the pic, its Piper Perabo from Coyote Ugly and Cheaper by the Dozen, but it totally doesn't look like her. i love the dress, thats soo classy, and the cinched waist keeps it up to date. Who is this girl?? Majandro Delfino...strange name. She's been in a few movies (The Secret Life of Girls, R.S.V.P etc.) but i can't find any information about her. Well, Milo Ventimiglia and Hayden Panettiere have FINALLY confirmed their going out, at a post Christmas bash, so it looks like were going to be seeing a lot more of them together.

But to the task at hand. Hayden looks v. cute in this sweetheart dress, beautifully accesorised with a gold chunky necklace and bracelet. The shoes, though, are a bit to random, it would look better if they were gold or black, like the rest of her outfit.

I just watched a movie starring Michelle Tratchenburg (see right!), made in 2000, called A Fathers Choice. Crap movie, but great acting on Michelle's part. She's done heaps of acting for someone her age, been in over 10 movies, including Ice Princess and Inspector Gadget (!)

This is a bit of and old picture (Teen Choice Awards 2006 --->) But its still my favorite outfit shes worn to a function. Not my favorite outfit (she has some ah-mazing street clothes) but my fave function outfit.
This girl is half Jewish and half Italian, her daddy is a director and her mommy is a sex therapist (*giggle*).

She was, of course, in 'The OC' as Summer Roberts, but she's also been in 'The Last Kiss', where she controversially refused to do a naked scene, and 'Jumper'.

I like this outfit because its a cute spin on the LBD and you can tell shes comfortable and feels hot, which is so important! And the slightly pointed shoes are really cute too! The pretty, beachy, slightly tousled hair and simple accessories finish off the outfit nicely. very cute.

This girly started her carrer young, she had a role in 'The Little Princess' and has since moved on to starring roles in 'The Ballad of Jack and Rose', 'The Chumscrubber' and 'when a Stranger Calls' (spooky..). You could say she a bit of an it girl at the moment (you'd be correct).
This dress just screams originality with the red belt and bold pattern, and the shoes are pretty cute as well. She pulled the whole look together with poker straight hair and classy red lips. me Likey!!!
